All,
Have you noticed how if you send an e-mail from Fleksy or a SMS text
message, if you've not inserted your phone number or e-mail into settings,

I have not bought Fleksy, but what about an optional signature.
Apple automatically gives a signature of "Sent from my iPhone"
Hi Mathew,
Yes , copying and pasting text works, but the time saved with Fleksy would
be lost in this action.
Hi Louise,
I was addressing a specific person who said the complaint was ridiculous.
Actually, this is a moot point for me,, as the IOS 5.0 bug has made my
iPhone too unreliable to do
You have to copy And paste when replying to an email using fleksy if you want
to keep a thread intact anyway. Just a thought.

Hi Chuck.
Does fleksy even put that link in when you copy and paste the text in to an
email? If not, you could do business emails that way.
I don't have fleksy as of yet so I'm just offering that as a maybe.

As someone who uses his phone for business this is not a ridiculous
complaint. My emails are used to move large sums of money, and the emails
must be extremely clear on instructions, so any erroneous text could
potentially be detrimental to a transaction.
I have to go back and strip the text
Hello all
We don't regularly watch this list, but this topic came to our attention.
We'd like to clarify two pieces of functionality of Fleksy:

Hi Richard,
Fleksy does not automatically include your phone number in an email, I
assume it does in a text message which I haven't tried, but then of course
if you send a text message the recipient has your phone number anyways. If
you send an email and enter your email address it will include so
ted in the settings that by entering those things, it
becomes part of your document.

Hi Mike,
To you personally this may be a non issue, however, Neil and many others on
this list including myself do use our iPhones for business/professional
purposes and just as I accept your opinion regarding this you should
understand that something like this has no place in a professional email
I personally feel this is a ridiculous complaint
Again my personal view

I'm in the camp of it should be an option, as someone who writes e-mails for
business using his iOS devices, I really do not want fleksy advertising
themselves in my mail.
likewise, whether or not I put my e-mail or phone number into the settings
section, this /reply business needs to go.

Hi Neil, Amy and Rob,
At this point the " Typed with Fleksy" is not something you can turn off in
the Settings for the app. The word "Fleksy" is actually a link to the app
store page for Fleksy and I agree that the developers should either remove
this or make it an option which can be turned on or
