Sounds exactly like what I experience with my SE. needless to say, the
KNFBReader experience is less than inspiring.
I find myself using other apps like Prismo and iDentifi more often because of
this.

I get tossed out of KNFBReader pretty often. What also happens a lot is
that I get no field of view report
