Hi, what you want to do is go to settings, accessibility, voiceover, robosity,
system notifications, and turn off the setting there for system notification on
Lock Screen to do nothing.

If you are referring to Voiceover automatically reading notifications when they
come in, I am assuming that you have already checked this, but just in case, go
to, Settings, Accessibility, Voiceover, verbosity, and make sure the s

under Notifications. Under Accessibility/Siri, just to the right of “Announce
Notifications on Speaker”, I clicked on “Announce Notifications”. After
confirming News was set to on, I clicked on “News and found “Time Sensitive
Notifications” was selected

since iOS 11 came out, I noticed that VoiceOver doesn't announce the
first username in Twitter conversations. It happens at the lock screen,
when I get a twitter notification. I don't know which app version was

I have always had my phone's notifications for email set to where VO will
read who an incoming email is from when the screen is locked. Now with v8.1
this is iffy at best. Sometimes VO actually tells me who the email is from
but most often it just tells me the time. Has anyone else

I haven't had any trouble swiping through all of the notifications on my
lock screen.
I have noticed that the timeout when reading a notification on the lock
screen is quite a bit shorter than it was on IOS 5. Messages that I
could listen to in their entirety on the lock screen are not truncated
