Newsstand is a special folder, that's unable to be moved into another folder
without some sort of trick that will most likely crash your springboard.

I just move all apps I don't really use to the last page of apps, for
example, if you have apps and folders on 3 pages, just move all the stock
apps you don't want to use onto the fourth page. Alternatively, you could
create a folder and call it Unused Apps or something like that. That is

I have tried doing this and it doesn't work for me. It stands alone. I move
it onto the last page of apps so I don't encounter it.
