On my 12 pro max, I’ve found that placing the sensor slightly above the camera
seems to work pretty well.

Hello,
If I remember right the nfc sensor that is needed to utilize the Libre is
located near the top edge of the phone that contains the camera. I had to place
the sensor just to the left of the camera (towards the center of the phone) to
make the scan work properly.

Hi Bill,
Thank you very much for the input. I have to tell you, we had switch to
spectrum for our mobile services. In terms of customer service, it has been
nothing less than a disaster. We are going out of town on Thursday, I asked if
they could expedite a replacement phone. I offered to pay
Hi Linda & Richard,
Just a thought here, do you live in an area that has an Apple outlet convenient
for you to visit? If so, perhaps you might consider paying that outlet a visit
and asking them to try linking a different iPhone 12 to the Libre.
On the other hand, if you live where it would

Hi Richard,
I agree with you wholeheartedly. It just doesn’t make sense that it will work
Hi Richard,
I agree with you wholeheartedly. It just doesn’t make sense that it will work
on the eight and not the 12 mini. I have a 13 promax and the sensors work
perfectly on that phone.
Apple did run diagnostics on the phone yesterday and said the chip works fine.
I apologize I forget with
So, the sensors that did not work with the iPhone 12, work with the iPhone 8?
Then, clearly you need to go back to Apple and point out there has to be a
problem with the iPhone 12 if the same sensors are working on the 8.
At least, that seems clear to me.
If the company wants to send you some

When you tap on the menu item up in the left-hand corner, when your finger down
and it is just above logbook. Or just after logbook. It says alarms. You go in
there and change them. You cannot change the lowest one. The others you can
change.
