Hi Richard, I agree with you wholeheartedly. It just doesn’t make sense that it will work on the eight and not the 12 mini. I have a 13 promax and the sensors work perfectly on that phone.
Apple did run diagnostics on the phone yesterday and said the chip works fine. I apologize I forget with the chippers it’s the one that helps with Apple Pay etc. I just can’t figure it out. Do you have any suggestions regarding which direction I should point Apple in regarding looking at the situation? Because ultimately when we wound up with their position being that they’re not responsible for third-party apps. Thank you.
