screen curtain on out of the blue. I always keep my screen curtain on but I

Once in a great while, I'll have the issue where my focus keeps jumping to the
top of the screen. I think it has to do with either an IOS update or changing
my TTS voice. Clearing out my App Switcher and restarting the ph
Apple says that it is a Siri bug. & suggests that those using a Siri voice for
voiceover switch to using a voiceover voice. This should correct the problem,
it did for me.

You could try if your caption panel is on, if so, put it off for me the bug was
solved then.
