Thanks so much all! I totally get it now. :) I used to think iTunes would put my camera roll pics and videos onto my computer automatically but this does not seem to be the case. :) I know when iTunes backs up my iPhone it backs up the pictures but those pictures are hidden in the backup and not

I'm on a mac and I've never seen this dialog pop up. Also, I just helped a friend on her backup her iPhone on a PC because she had never done it in three years and didn't know how. She also wanted to get her pictures off of her phone and we never got a dialog box that asked us to import the pict

Here is how you import photos. First plug you're phone in to you're computer. Next dialog will pop asking you do you want to import photos automatically the check box is checked by default if you are on a mac. Next choose start import and the photos will importing. isaac isaac.heb...@gmail.com
