Have you checked whether Reduced Motion is turned on? If not, go to
Settings, General, Accessibility and find it. If it is off make sure you
turn it on as this may help. Once again, this one should be On and not

Thanks...but yes, I have toggled VoiceOver on and off and even done a hard
reset of my phone.
