When you have Voiceover volume where you want it, just remove the volume
adjustment from the rotor and then, you should not be able to adjust the volume.

difference. I like SIRI better on the 5s so I guess that is a matter
of opinion. I agree that either way is fine. I have not tried the
fingerprint feature so cannot comment on that.
