Hey, at least you got it all working. That’s the first big step. Just take
your time now and be patient with the learning process. It’s not difficult if
you put your mind and focus to it and take the process one step at a time.

Well I forgot until last weekend that our company uses a corporate
device management service and I was able with that to find my recovery
key and then was able to reset the password.
So now I am back to the problem that I need to learn how to use the

If this was a work computer, you might be just better off wiping it and
starting over, unless you have something important you need to get at. If you
don’t have the recovery key saved anywhere, I’m not sure if Apple can help you.
It’s usually on the user to save that key. I know it was a
This macbook is owned and setup by my company, and so no I didn't have
it associated with my apple id.
When I get to the recovery screen and select options and then select
my user name, I don't see an option for forgot password, although I

The recovery HD is completely accessible to VoiceOver. Once you press and
hold command-r for about thirty seconds, wait a bit longer and start VoiceOver

This is a very comprehensive Apple Support article, but, hopefully, it can
be followed. There are instructions for
Hi,
The times I’ve used the recovery environment, it has worked successfully with
VoiceOver. I ran into this exact situation a couple months ago on a computer I

It has been a while since I have used my macbook pro, and I have
forgotten the password.

command+r keys while booting but I don't know if that works with
voiceOver and I
