Hi Mary, Try Prime Video. I would suggest Jack Ryan. I am in Season 2 and the series is nothing like the books. I love it nonetheless. Some tracks on Apple Music are set for spatial audio, some are not. VDR currently does not support this yet. I tested it with Graphic Audio files I have.

What is happening is that you are pressing 3 fingers to the screen instead of 2. To restore the voice, Either,  press 3 fingers to the screen or turn voice over off and back on again. I guess we can fix the problem by changing the 3 finger gesture to something else. Maybe down the line the team

I just opened 5 emails each at various places in my Inbox in both my work and personal accounts and each time after going back focus was still on that same email. Therefore I can't confirm this, maybe tell your friend to clean their screen, a dirty screen can cause all sorts of weird behaviour.

I see you also have an Outlook.com email so iCloud should really not come into play here. If you set up your email on your iPhone and select the Outlook.com account type all your email, contacts, calendars etc. will automatically sync between your iPhone and any other device such as a computer
