It does not say I am sending an imessage, so I am not sure if it is
going to be sent as an imessage or a regular message.
On the other hand, when that person send me a reply, she can see it is

All the blocked caller feature does is to kick that caller to voice mail. They
can still leave you a voice message but you still can delete it with out
listening to it.
