Feel free to record that demo and share it with us all if you'd like.
Sounds like several of us are interested in knowing how to do this.

Then we can talk and exchange info if you like. Maybe I could
record you a demo. It might help you if you can actually hear how it is done.

Hi,
I was wondering, can we possibly talk off-list? I would love to learn this.

I am totally blind as well and I have no problems doing what I said in my
previous message using GarageBand on the iPhone. I have done it as recently as
last week and experienced no difficulties at all.

Hi,
Have you been able to do this in the last few months? I can't seem to get the
GarageBand app to work, maybe because I'm totally blind.
Sincerely,
Jasmine

The only way I know of to accomplish what you want is to import the M4R file
into GarageBand on your iPhone. Then you can share it as a ringtone and it will
show up in your ringers and alerts. That is the only way I have been able to
put M for our files into my ringtones and alerts.

I was accessing everything from my phone, not my actual watch.
So if you open the watch app on your phone, then you will see everything I
pointed out.

Hi Kay,
Try the Full schedule option. Maybe that's the button that opens the schedule
screen.

What I have when I go in to the sleep app is next which is not a button, but
a heading. bed time 11 PM., Full schedule, your data, last 14 days, then
the list of days. no back button. I appear to be stuck here.

The problem is, I don't see any of that on my sleep app on the watch. All
the pages look the same and none of that shows up. I can change my wake
time and sleep time but none of what you have mentioned is there.

The first thing to check is to make sure the mute/silence switch on the iPhone
is set to unmuted. Use a fingernail to push it towards the screen.

The best way of getting to sleep is through the watch app on your phone.
Open up the watch app and just swipe until you get to sleep.. It is quite a bit
down the list, so do not give up.
After double tapping on sleep, there is a couple of things I will point out on
the next screen.
First,
Well, I found it with a bit of digging. Now I found a button that says,
sleep schedule multiple and when I tap on that, nothing seems to change.
Any ideas?

Now I went in to the health app and cant find sleep. It is not in the my
watch tab and I went to the discover tab and it is not there either. Where
would I find it?

So I use the HQ record app and it will allow you to save a file as a
ring tone which intern saves the file as an m4r enabling you to use it
as a ring tone. However when I go into sounds and alerts, it's not
listed there to be selected. But I do see it when I go into the files
app under the HQ
I'll give it a look see right now.

Hello,
You can turn off all the Sleep features at once in the Health app. Choose
Sleep, then Sleep Schedule. I have it off at the moment, so I'm not sure
exactly where it is, but I believe that right under the Your Schedule heading
is a Sleep Schedule button that opens a screen with a toggle
hi all,
A few days ago, I decided to play around with the sleep app. I turned it on
and set things and all was fine. I adjusted sleep times and wake times and
saw that wind down was available. Neat little app. Well, I decided that I
don't want to use it now and I want to shut it off. There
