If you are on the PC,
Place your cursor in the date column.
Press ALT + H, then O, then W.
JAWS should report the column width as something like 8.43
Type 20 and press enter.
That should be wide enough to accommodate the date and time.

Minding my own business on the iPhone doing something I don't
remember but probably in messages, the phone suddenly said "keyboard
hidden". and the keyboard was gone. I could dictate, but could not
correct. No keyboard. I retrieved the stinker by connecting my
logitech k480 and pressing f3.
