Hi, When you said the app doesn't work, what do you mean by that? Do you mean, you can't get any result on the scanns, or you can't open the app or, what sort of problems? What Alex meant by “new app” is after you install an app for the first time. No, the app came out last September so in that respect it is not new, but it sounds like you just bought it now so you should try to remove all apps from the app switcher, then turn off your phone, wait 30 seconds and turn it back on. Did the app ask you to give it access to the camera? You can check this in Settings, Privacy and make sure the app is allowed to use the camera. Hi Christopher, Instead of accepting that it doesn’t work, why not find out why it doesn’t work since there has got to be a reason. There are many 4S users and even iPod Touch Fifth Gen users for whom the app works well so I don’t see why it can’t work on your 4S. I'd second that. My 4S is usually happy, provided I keep my app switcher happy by removing those I'm not currently using. Hi all, Bad news. I cannopt get it to work at all on either my iPhone 4s or iPad Mini 2. I did what the user guide said but no go. So rather than paying for something that might not work like the Stand Scan Pro I will just have to accept the loss of what is now £39.99. Not a big deal for some of us but shame I missed out on the opportunity to get a refund. I am still in the 90 days window or so I thought when it said this purchase does not qualify for a refund. We were working with a client yesterday who has an iPhone 5 and could only get garbage results. After checking all kinds of settings, a reboot completely fixed the issue. The next scan was perfect. I hope a reboot solves the issue. I figured it was new, since you said you tried it after paying the reduced price, meaning it must have happened recently. If a restart wasn't tried, why not try it? Hi, Maybe you should describe your problem. That way, you may be able to get help. I have it working well on my 5S and my friend has it going a little slower but very well on her 4S. If you are not getting anything at all, is it possible you could be in the batch scan mode and are just accumulating pages? There's no reason it shouldn't work.
