You can make changes to your watch face on the watch app of the phone,
I don’t see why you would have to be sitting there with the watch on.
The watch app on the phone will let you do a lot without it being powered on.

I cracked the screen of the series 4 I had. It fell off my desk and

You can check if Spigen or Supcase Beatal or Ringke have the screen
protector for your watch. All are nice brands for watch accessories
too. I am using Spigen rugged armer pro strap and screen protector for
my Galaxy Watch4 and its nice with decent rugged quality.

Kay, The watch manual can be found in the watch app by tapping on the Discover
Tab (bottom right), then swiping down to Watch User Guide. Tap on contents to
expand, then tap on section you want to read. The gestures are the same as the
ones used on a phone/iPad.

I have an SE and when I called myself earlier today to check this out, I was
able to answer the call with a two finger double tap. I had to wake up the
watch face first with a tap or a swipe and then the two finger double tap
worked to answer the call.

On the cellular watchs you can make calls and receive calls without the phone
attached but
With the gps wath you can only receive or make calls on the watch if the phone
is in range,
The watch is just an extensiton to the phone in the gps case

Have you tried setting the silence mode to see what happens?
I've not tried it my self but silence on the phone stops clicks etc,
But not voiceover so may be it does the same on the phone

So I am wanting to upgrade my watch. I currently have a series 5. I am
interested in the series 6.
However, when I was looking on the Apple store, the series 7 seems
cheaper. I don't know why this is the case. But if this is accurate,
thththen I will likely upgrade

As for it's synthasizer
It should be the same as you get on the watch OS 8 as the watch series 7 will
use that OS out of the box.
