I know you got some other good suggestions. Sounds like the problem is
between your router and your modem, but this doesn't explain why you
only see the problem on your Apple devices. Another thing to try would
be to reset your network settings on your iPhone and then reenter them.

Hi, I experienced something similar recently, however it was with all
wi-fi connections. I ended up rebooting my iPhone and then all was well.
So, if you haven't tried that by now, I suggest giving that a try.
