If I am understanding you correctly, this is not a watch face exactly, but a
complication that by default is associated with the face. It might be one of
the complications associated with the compass app. If you edit the watch face,
you will find an area listing the complications available for

Apple Watch when the iPhone is nearby and should theoretically serve as
