and tap on it again a second time in order for the call
Also, remember that if the keyboard is on the screen, the answer call button is
just above where the home button is, or was if you don't have a home button.
This button turns into the end call button if a call is in progress. I probably
use the two-finger double tap to answer most of the time,

are in the middle of reading an eMail.
But, you may also want to check under Settings, Phone, that the new item,
Incoming Calls, is set to full screen.
