The good thing about using the form from Apple, is that it is easy to specify which product is causing the problem. You sign in, and all your purchases for the past however long, I didn’t check, but I’m guessing 90 days, are listed in order from most recently purchased to oldest purchase. Mary

Not sure if this has been mentioned on this thread or not. If you save your receipts of purchased apps, books or music, there will also be a Refund link within the email that will take you to the form. If you have deleted the email, or you delete these messages automatically when they come in,
