5. I often want to copy a word, sentence, etc. from an online
newspaper article I'm reading in order to message it to someone. I've
finally gotten where I can get close to selecting the applicable text

Actually, once you set the rotor to characters, words, or lines, use
the pinch gesture to select so

Then, another menu comes up with paste.
However; I have never been successfully been able to do this 100pc.

Yes you can. Note in the instructions, you don't look for the edit
option until after you've selected text and want to copy it into the
clipboard.

Yes, I just did it. Once you select the text, using the rotor the edit option
will be there.
