Are you using Wi-Fi if so try turning that off and then back on again maybe
it's the Internet connection you could also try turning Siri off and then back
on again and you might be able to do the same thing with with dictation in
settings

your EcoBee3 light to the home app if you want to use SIRI. You may need

turn off Siri and then turn it back on. When you turn it back on, it asks you
to speak 5 phrases to train Siri on your voice

Shazam is not needed. It was an alternative that I used when I had the same
issue as the OP with iOS 16. Now with iOS 17 identifying music with Siri works
fine. Not sure what fixed it the update-or reset of settings. Shazam was and is
more efficient and it logs the music you identified

I have the same problem, but only after updating any iOS version beginning
with iOS17... After an iOS17 update my Voiceover switches from Siri voice 1
United States to Siri voice 2 United States.
I've have to redownload Siri voice 1 United States and then switch to it
after every iOS17 update

For some time now I have been using Siri voice3 British dialect with my iPhone
15 Pro Max.
For some reason it keeps losing the voice and reverting to Daniel. This has
been happening when the device is on its wireless charger over night
