Help with downcast

I downloaded Downcast yesterday and am feeling very stupid as I cannot get the podcast I downloaded to play. I have looked for basic instructions on how to use the App but have had no luck. I would be grateful if somebody could help. Judy Sent from my iPhone -- The following information is
