I am sorry I forgot one app that I must put in. That app is Omifocus. Kind of
expensive, but it is so much better than things 3 right now. I hope that Things
comes onboard with VoiceOver soon because I also love that app.

notification on my apple watch, i want it to ping myh phone as well. For

Just to add to what Jennie said, you can also just turn off notifications to
your watch for any individual app. You can do this in notifications in the
Watch app on your phone. For any app that you do this, all notifications for
that particular app will only come from your phone.
