Shirley, I myself would use the eraise all option and that of course will mean you have to reset up your watch from scratch. If you do this then you can reset the watch up and use an older backup from the earlier os versions. If you eraise and setup as a new device then you have to turn voiceover on once the watch has finishe it's setup and is ready to be used. If you setup using a backup of the older watch os then everything you had working in that version should be the same once the installation / backup reset is completed. I have pressed the crown 3 times and I get a sound supposedly when voiceover is on but it's not a voice. Can voiceover become muted on the watch and if so, how do you turn it off? Yes, I have the watch app on my phone. You can't pair a watch unless the app is on your phone. I hear my alarms go off and the chimes. Just no voice. In the watch app under general should be the reset feature It's at the bottom or to the bottom of the list of things under watch. I have my watch set to chimes and I heard the chime for 6 o'clock but I'm not getting any voice. Someone please tell me what you think I should do.
