In our shop we also use NETOPS on most workstations.
It works great on Win95 & Win98 machines when VNC won't.
That proves there is something wrong with VNC's communication settings.

NT Username Authentication. I have played around with a version which
allowed usernames from a selected Global Group on the NT domain to access
