In the OSX-Classic environment is it possible to get AppleWorks to
print from the Classic part of the environment?

This feature, as useful as it is, does not seem to be consistent. For
example, in Macromedia Studio MX, Freehand, Fireworks and Flash have
the check box but Dreramweaver doesn't, yet all work fine in MacOS 9.
Many other instances of similar anomalies abound. I would also love to

Just noticed on MaCNN this morning that Canon have *finally* released
OS X drivers for most of their current line of scanners (and some
previous models). There is a TWAIN driver and the Canon Toolbox
available for download from the US website.

I have a similar problem with an Epson 1640SU scanner on 10.2.
Photoshop can't detect a scanner, neither can Epson Smart Panel and
the Image Capture software wont let me scan negs and transparencies.
Wish I was back in 8.6!
