woke this morning to find all computers turned off - so it looks like
we had a power cut.
All are fine except my Quicksilver g4 - press the power-up button and
it lights for a couple of seconds then nothing:-(
All computers were surge protected (though somewhat cheaply)

I have a HP LaserJet 3 model going if you want it.
It hasn't been started for a couple years and needs a paper sheet feed
loader To get it going (but it's free and heavy)

Goeffrey's trick has done the jobthe button was black, not red!
All is now back to normal
What is that button, and any ideas what happened to cause this?

Woke up this morning and it looks like there was a power cut over night
- all computers are turned off (all were surge protected)
My Quicksilver g4, however, is not happy - I press the power button and
it lights for 2 secs but nothing else happens.
I figure this is a power supply
