Hi Graham
I’ve had a look and there isn’t “blocking” your subscription on the mailing
list. And all settings for your subscription there are normal. So I’ve removed
you and re-added you to see if it resolves the issue.
Unfortunately, there aren’t all that many settings beyond the scenes to
For some time now I’ve not been receiving the first (original) message from the

email below. For example, I never received the first email regarding the zoom
trial – I only saw it when there was a response to that.

Tony - I would happily pay this, if someone could let me know where to deposit
the funds. I paid last year, but am a little hesitant in
paying into the same bank account in case it has since changed.
Can anyone please help me

Hi Jewels,
The WAMUG subscription year runs for the calendar year from 1 January to 31
December.
See Rule 4.4 Subscriptions on the Constitution page for full details of whether
you are eligible for a first year half payment if you join later in the year.

Thanks Ronni,
I did exactly the same last year, paid my subs in the middle of the year.
I sincerely do not have a problem with this, I think you guys deserve every
penny, you work so hard and are always at everyone's beck and call.
I'll try and remember next year though

We don't receive any money or any renumeration whatsoever. The membership money
goes towards the costs involved in running WAMUG.

Hi Ronni,
I didn't know that. Makes me feel quite humbled. I think you do a terrific
job - some one seems to be always available to help us out.
It sounds to me you do it completely out of 'love' and I thank you for that
and all the work you do for us all.
Cheers

Hi Guy's, been busy and now going through me e-mails.
I can't understand why there is a problem paying for the information given by

Evening all,
I just thought I would give in a couple of my cents, although take
them with a grain of salt as I'm not a paying member of WAMUG.
Although now uni is nearly over for the year I might attend one of the
those meetings in Bentley to see what it is all about! :)
My thoughts...

My only concern is that they might then direct further queries directly to the
WAMUG members. So, rather than forwarding emails, perhaps cut and paste the
information into a new email?
