After some investigation, it seems to be related to the [Logging] section I added in my weewx.conf. This was working perfectly with version 4.1.0. If I remove the [Logging] section, the log is going back /var/log/syslog, and the syntax error disappears. [Logging] version = 1

I was in a similar situation. I have a Raspi 2b. I was running Weewx 3.5 with some custom services and a modified driver. I made the move to 4.1 using python 2 but haven't made the jump to upgrade the OS and switch to python 3 yet. Getting to 4.x was pretty painless. I prepped by getting a copy

Guys I had quite an issue but luckily I had backed up about 6 hrs before my dramaNow I find that when I attempt to rebuild dailies from the backup it creates the tables then says the following and exits. This last attempt was after shutdown and reboot. This happened several times so I

Gianni, Please try the attached gauge-data.txt.tmpl. Download the attached file to your WeeWX machine and copy it in place of the existing gauge-data.txt.tmpl in the /etc/skins/ss directory. No need to restart WeeWX. I have submitted a PR with the changes so we should see the SteelSeries

Hi again I just wanted for the fun to see if my Weewx station was registered on the Weewx map. But it is not! I checked if I had set the station_register variable to true, which I had. And according to the documentation that should be enough as long as there allready is set a station_url in
