I think that normally the Apache server should be serving up the files located in public_html/belchertown. On my weewx system, that is /home/weewx/public_html/belchertown. Did you install weewx with setup.py or apt-get. That will determine where that directory actually is (I used setup.py).

Generally, WeeWX does not cache anything. Indeed, it's against the whole architectural philosophy of WeeWX to cache values. Let the database do any caching --- it's better at it. The only exception is that the StdRESTful service keeps recent LOOP packets to keep the Weather Underground's

Just converted from CumulusMX to weewx with your Skin. Everything runs fine, only two minor things I want to get changed: 1. My weather station is a very basic FineOffset WH1080 with sensor for UV/solar radiation. Is there a simple way to deactivate the solar radiation plot? 2.

Great news! The belchertown_root_url isn't documented yet because 0.8 isn't out yet and I was trying to reduce confusion :) I guess I should just launch 0.8 now! Which will be exactly what you just installed, but I did fix an apparent temperature bug last night. I'll look to release 0.8 today

I just installed the Belchertown skin, but im having issues with the index.html page. There doesn't seem to be one when its uploaded to the ftp server im using. I can click on the Reports, Graphs, etc folders and then the pages pull up, but there is no Home page? Is this a configuration

Thanks for the clarification Tom! I knew about NULL and "", but had assumed that your wee_database checked for NULL, and not null string. Makes sense now. Jonis - did you stop weewx in between making the changes? Maybe that could be causing the data to persist? Not really sure on this one.

Pat, just to clarify: there is a difference between a NULL value and a null string. The former is equivalent to Python's None value, and are to be expected throughout the databases. The latter is a string of zero length and should not normally appear in the databases. The utility wee_database
