What if we made an extension that added the list for any project with the
bug symbol? Could have a generic one 'bug' but then then it allows better
taxonomy. Unless there is a better use for the bug symbol.

System level access sure. AFAIK roots do not get all access to all things
in all places. I am not, for instance, an admin in OTRS. Nor why would I be?
Another example, I only got admin privs in bugzilla when needed. I'll leave

This is a little confused. Private projects do not necessarily equal private
tasks. Projects can be hidden and can be restrictive, but associating that tag

we were thinking if we squash email (probably sane) then it really has to be
done globally, and if we do that how do we verify emails for migration testing?
It all comes down to how many people to demonstrate which parts with/for I guess

Sorry, slang is a bad habit in these cases. Squash as in prevent email from
being send from the labs host.

mailinglists is an app to manage lists that can be ref'd like a user for CC,
etc. There will be no unique content, and it's not a way to manage a
mailinglist, just a contact.

What has to happen is to sit down and figure out how it will be used. I know
Jalexander in particular has spent quite a bit of time outlining what they
need, which is great, and in some general terms why. The missing link here

Not meant exactly as a direct response to @faidon, he just hit the three
big-ish options on the nose, though there are variations of them.
* migrate accounts off Bugzilla/RT as-is (email as the username for
Bugzilla)
* prompt users to just recover/rename

@Jalexander, really I think you have explained yourself well, but their has
been a meager amount of time on our side to address it and translate into the
best possible technical terms. I'm genuinely sorry that has sucked. I think

@Qgil, I think there are overlap issues with the right to assign and manage
status on tasks (mark as resolved, etc). i.e. without the right to assign tasks
no one can manage task states as it must be calling it under the covers
