Adding people to Wikidata is relatively straightforward. It starts with
people being in categories on Wikipedia. I had a look and I think this has
been done not to long ago for Mozambique. I have done such things in the
past as well.

not see it in the URL. For my friend even 320 is important if only to show

Mozambique has been only used 320 times, the Ottoman Empire is included in the
dropdown.
