portion of Wikidata on December 16, as it was suffering from a massive memory
leak (and it was threatening to OOM on `mwmaint1002`).

I superficially looked at all tests in question, and I think they all serve a
value. The only test that is a little redundant is `Lexeme:Lemma can be edited`
(which is mostly redundant with `can be edited multiple times`).

Just wanted to note that using a template for all the properties on the page
surely wont work (these are just to many), but IMO this is probably still
useful for highlighting specific properties and for wikis which have fewer
entries then Wikidata.

I just grepped `git diff origin/wmf/1.36.0-wmf.30..origin/wmf/1.37.0-wmf.3

script, which does data clean up (deletes LOTS of rows) in the database table

I still need to test my changes (sadly there are no automated tests for these
scripts and it would be excruciatingly hard to write some for the current bash
scripts). Once that is done, this is good to go from my side.

Just a note for the future: While the individual dump run recovered and
eventually produced a dump, the cron itself (which was supposed to start other
RDF dump flavours afterwards) got killed.
