no precision: 456 (~50%)
+-0 precision: 160 (17%)
small (<10) value for precision: 22 (2%)
bigger precision value: 280 (30%)

Removing as blocker for wmf.11, does need a backport, but started with wmf.10, per IRC:
if wmf.10 of wikidata has been live without the patch for a week, there's no point in blocking on it now.

@Smalyshev To fix it, you type 17419e9. Also, +/-0 only happens if people set it explicitly. +/-1 used to be applied if you didn't do anything. This is no longer the case either.

It is possible to manually adjust the coordinates to get the desired display using the same method I used for my locations in Fiji example, e.g. this query. Unfortunately I had to split it into two parts to stop it timing out so it's more complicated than it should be.

I think scientific notation should be triggered by precision/uncertainty, not by value or property. By convention, scientific notation is used to indicate insignificant digits:

We should improve the ticket, though. It's not really clear what it's asking for. @hoo, can you write a bit more about what you had in mind? Currently, it's unclear what exactly needs to be done

I agree with the task as described. However, I don't think file system locking should be the default. It assumes that all dispatchers run on the same system. There's no basis for that assumption. I would prefer database based locking to be the default.

Tried running jobs on ci-jessie-wikimedia instead of BrowserTests slaves (Jenkins config).
Fails with Net::ReadTimeout.
