I think that Wayne is right to be concerned abut the UNV OV copyright
page. To my mind, however, it refers to only things that are put on
their site, and that would include our ads to recruit volunteers (They
are fussy about how we word them).

Just for fun, I went to look at the registration area and application form.
What I saw, tells me that Wayne is the one to fill it out, as we need a
"Registration Certificate" to be uploaded, and as the OER Foundation is the
"organization" supporting WikiEducator, that's what we need.
I think that it is a good idea, for training students how to use WikiEducator.
We have used UNV OV for several years, although our way of doing it is
different from how WikiEd will need to do it.
Important thing is that we have volunteer coordinators, who guide
volunteers through their assignment
