Agree with Logic. Each community differs in every way. Needs, usage, exposure and more. Each community, while running on a common backend, must have a different frontend. Tamil is doing its best from what I've seen to be different and get new editors. Hindi, sadly is scaring them away. Kannada

That is not always true. Even the apparently (for us) easy pages on English Wikipedia are too technical for a would-be enthusiatic neo wiki editor as he/she just steps into editing attempts even after a long experience of reading wikipedia. I can wow on to this as I have met many such people who
