Oscar,kindly include discussion of who the new signatories to the new
chapters account will be on the agenda.I think its very crucial before we
open the new account.
On other matters,i wish to volunteer to be on the audit committee.I have a
background in accounts and finance and its my opinion
Also on that note I am not sure if i qualify but i can volunteer my
services as an auditor. I am a CPA (K).

exactly will be the signatories of the new account?coz i am thinking it
should be the treasurer(who first needs to clarify on the issues

the recent financial saga with Wikimedia Spain financials where they lost
over 2500USD Chapters funds, I would like to propose an urgent Chapters
meeting to do a quick audit of our financials in an open way

WE are not going to audit the expenses made by us so far,all we want is to
evaluate the financial health of WMKE.if there is any audit

of his personal reasons(thats what steve told abbass).
What Board and what arrangements? This is ridiculous to accuse the Board to
having okayed WMKE expenditure on personal reasons. I wasn't and am not
privy to

chapters money was in steve's account,for accountability issues and for us
to clearly know what amounts we have left,i think steve should present his
bank statement so that we can stop dealing with assumptions and deal
