I have some Cisco routers that I can LOAN to this effort (they are my
backups and I'll need them back). I may be able to spare a pc without
display too.

I can also send some voip adapters if there is an asterisk system and
someone to program them. I have some Linksys 4 port router with 2 voip
ports.
Oh yeah, I do have a few pap-na's available as well. They are the
Linksys stand alaone voip adaters that plug into a port on the router.
