The upstream doesn't know what customer has what IP addy. I don't know how

In past situations we've been in, it starts with a request for information.
Who is this IP?
If they asked my upstream, my upstream could ask me.
Or they could ask me a particular persons ip, if they somehow knew the
name to begin with.
It is a snap together plastic case, very easy to take apart, there are no
seals.
Have seen the Moto folks do it in the training class, and have done it
myself as well.
(Unlike other Mfg, where you have screws and seals)

couple manufacturers who have already certified 5.4 systems in the US.
