FYI, a thread was started on this by Mark@Socaltelephone and multiple
people have responded. Multiple people responded with things to check and
Mark has yet to respond back at any attempts to isolate the issue. We're

That's what we did. It was easiest. We'd check it along with MOU of
all the customers to make sure no one is doing 43829 minutes/mo.

Toll Frees are always charged on usage bases..
BTW, no one says that you have to sell it like that...
You can easily choose to sell it in any manner you like.
But you will be paying based on usage.
Some thoughts...
You can sell him a bundle of min... i.e. TF + 100 min of use / month =

Have you tried standard sized pings and 1400+ byte pings? Always try the big
pings when troubleshooting connectivity as those are more likely to fail.
