I know that the Linksys Wireless-G routers "V5" that are on the shelves now have firmware issues. One of them is obtaining a DHCP-assigned address from a Windows2000 DHCP server. Firmware v1.00.4 fixed this, and I see that v1.00.6 is out now with even more fixes. Mark NashNetwork

fyi linksys has released the wrt54gl, where 'L' stands for linux. as y'all probably know they've moved the formerly customizable linux-based wrt54g and gs series to vxworks; the wrt54gl should remain somewhat more stable. but that's just hearsay; anyone try it yet? best, -- Dylan Oliver
