the counterparty responds it takes on 60 secs to complete.
As far as the counterparty is concerned, it never started until 60 sec prior
to complete.

end time may be difficult, if participants have different opinion e.g.
whether a final 73 is needed or not. I have not
I agree, big problem also for chasing rare DX that takes quite some time,
sometimes to complete.
I have to be diligent and make sure my log uses OFF and not ON because the
counterparty has OFF in their log.
I wish there was an option to leave checked = Use OFF time for ON/OFF

Just worked a short OH-FT8 contest that uses "NA VHF" settings with WSJT-X.
I had my logging program using UDP remote connect to WSJT-X and once
contest was over I created Cabrillo logs. From WSJT-X and from my
