Hi Saku and Alan, I think that Alan already pointed a least indirectly that the definition of the actual start time is a bit more difficult than a defining end time. Also end time may be difficult, if participants have different opinion e.g. whether a final 73 is needed or not. I have not studied, whether the end time is the reception and the sending of the first or last RR73 or RRR. It may be also the actual qso logging time.
