Currently we use GoGlobal but we want to switch to x2go.

Hi List,
Some more questions about how certain things work in x2go.
We want to pre-configure the x2go client in such a way that during installation
it tries to make a connection to the user directory to share that directory
automagically. Furthermore, clientside printing should be
-versa?

to be an xmingrc which could also be used for entering parameters. I do not
find that in the xming directory of x2go. So maybe we could experiment with
that?

should be done on Windows and Mac. I hope we can start
packaging the whole thing after next week.

There is a new parameter --clipboardprimary that should alter the behaviour of
the clipboard. However it does not seem to make any difference.
Anyone else seen this behaviour and hopefully knows something to solve this?

the x2gokiosk

So suppose, you have 2 network shares and a local share. You are at home, so
the network shares are not available, it will obviously only connect to the
local share. Now if I add an extra share on my local system and tick 'store',
only the network shares are stored in the sessions file. the
It is even worse as described earlier
It will actually delete the export info of the succesfully connected shares!!

This means that any subsequent attempt to logon fails, because it tries to
mount and the mount already exists.
Maybe the solution is as simple as adding remount to the mount statement. (I
don't know if this breaks the initial mount)
