Can not reproduce this issue in Horizon anymore so I think it's been
fixed by the glance patch.

This is a note to self for sake of bookkeeping.
Coverage reports show that there's zero gabbi coverage for a request
that attempts to PUT to update a standard resource class. This is easy
to fix, so may as well.

We use openstack-ansbile project (branch 14.1.0, so basically newton) to
deploy our openstack cloud.
How to reproduce problem:
In our case, we have a big project, which has 400+ servers, and 26 networks.
When we click project/network/network topology page, it times out.
In
Horizon is no longer creating new panels for other openstack projects,
and the best way to get this to happen is to work with the gnocchi/adoh
team to create a plugin for horizon.

Any datasource that uses convert_vendordata is possibly affected.
This is bad in that it fails, but not as bad as it could be. Cloud-init
itself never re-constitutes the blob on disk. Its only a convenience for
the user.
What we should do:
a.) always have vendordata_raw be bytes
b.) write them
This bug is missing the SRU template but I believe this is just adding
an apport hook so I'll let it in without one. However, we should have
one before accepting the package into -updates.
