The kernel does not crash, I get a USB disconnect
event, followed by failed_reg_urb and the only thing I
can do to get my usb running again is to reboot.
Unplugging and replugging the device is enough to
get things working again.
Not here, sorry, I wish that it was true...
But the problem is definitely just a disconnection (no kernel crash or
anything like that?)

I asked them about the problem which many of us have seen using ZD1211
on Linux, where after some unspecified amount of time, the device stops
working, and the kernel logs suggest the device has been disconnected.
