Yesterday May 14th,i got up around 6:30am went outside,breathed in

passion, and when I read your description of your day, I was right
there with you on that lump of grass! There is no better way to
practice zazen (for me, anyways) than to fish. Thanks for sharing your

My question is, from the reading, it seems to indicate, slience, or emptiness
or vacancy or nothingness is where we need to reach first!???
If so, then what? Do you have any other post?
