I believe the OS process monitoring follows whatever monitor you have defined. So on the left hand side, click on monitors and then edit whichever monitor your are using (localhost is default). You can change the interval here. m2f Read this topic

Check out the cmd collector plugin for a good starting point. There you can find plugins which can run ifconfig on linux for instance. If you modified one of those and had it parse your iptables information and return it via datapoints you could then bind a performance template to it for

You know, this might be a timing issue - that is, it's trying to start a new collection before it can finish the old one. Maybe try increasing the time between collector runs from 5 minutes to 10? I know that with large numbers of devices you need to either really have a powerful system

How to you change the timing? The increase of zCommandCycleTime from 60 to 300 on /Devices/Server/Windows has had no visible effect. I have already moved to to a much more powerful machine (DELL Poweredge 1800, 2GB RAM) but it has had no effect on the problem. Thanks for your reply.
